Client: Perch'n Timeline: 2 Months Project Size: $40,000 Review: 4.5 stars Read the full Clutch review The Challenge Perch'n is a New York-based service that helps students find off campus housing. They already had a website in place that included a listing of all student housing rentals, and then they wanted to use that to build an iOS app to support it. The Solution InnoviMobile built an iOS application that utilized location services to enable anyone to search and find housing that matches specific criteria. We built a plan to communicate 1-2 times a week to touch base on the status updates, challenges, and questions they might have. We also had weekly teleconferences to discuss what had been completed the prior week along with any changes that were required. The Results The iOS app was launched successfully and started getting users almost immediately after the launch.
